This project is also listed as "Projek Istemewa" , but the truth it is Projek Biasa.
This project is listed as 250ft above sea level.
This project is approval by Lim Guan Eng administration, but after dialog with Sungai Ara residents the building plan approval has been rejected.
Blame Koh Tsu Koon for the approval! Why ? Because Koh Tsu koon is alleged to has approve Gambier Vista as "projek istemewa". Chow Kon Yeow claimed that the state government just follow by example!

This project has no proposal to amend the original plan.
